HOME PAGE REDESIGN & FIREFOX
November 09, 2008- Sunday
We fixed the Home Page with our first priority was it to be more calibrated for Firefox. That we accomplished successfully. We also added a "What's New?" section and changed up how we present hot titles via "What's Hot?" We tightend up the size of the page to give it a more fast paced look. Enjoy!

FIREFOX
June 14, 2008- Saturday
Our site is optimized for Microsoft Explorer. Recently we have making been some major changes to our Home and Entry page and noticed that the changes came across a bit harsh in regard to the Firefox version of these pages. After that discovery, we made some changes and the Firefox versions of those pages are much less harsh. We have not tested for Opera, but if anything looks too strange on those two pages let us know..

You may see an icon pop on the home page that will allow you to chat to one of our reps, to see if you have any pre-sales type questions. This may be on or off, it may be on the site, we may take it down. This is in Beta mode and we doing bunch of tests, so look out for it. MAX EURO POLICY POST
June 8, 2008- Sunday
In response to the recent events in Tampa, we will no longer be shipping Max Euro product to Tampa and the entire state of Florida. 

As a preemptive move, we will not ship Max Euro to following states: Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Oklahoma, Virginia, Illinois, Ohio, Mississippi, Utah, Montana, North Carolina.  Moving forward, we will not be using the Post Office for any Max Euro shipment, and will use an alternative source.  That being the case, we can no longer ship to Post Office boxes for Max Euro.

Effective June 8, 2008 (orders placed on such date and beyond) there will be a $5 handling charge on each and every Max Euro shipment, charged on the day of shipment.  Usually, Max Euro orders are consolidated, but in the event a Max Euro order is shipped on two separate dates for the same order, there will be two $5 handling charges.

We will be seeking advice in order to formulate a more permanent policy.

Customers may now order via money order right through the shopping cart. Just place your order, select money order, print out the order, make out the money order to JKG Inc. Global Priority Mail for the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, England/Great Britain/United Kingdom, Finland, France, Germany (waiver needed), Holland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan (waiver needed), Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.

The price = $10 for the first item, $5 per for each additional item.

Air Parcel Post:
Argentina,  Italy, Mexico. $18 for the first item, $9 per item thereafter.

Extra precaution is taken for international shipments, all original packings are removed and shipped in small packages to expediate through customs. JadedVideo ins not responsible for packages confiscated via Customs.

HACKERSAFE

We have passed all the requirements that would give us Hackersafe (tm) certification. This will allow us to show the Hackersafe logo once we go officially live. Of course the new site has the SSL just like the old site now via Thawte SSL. We will keep you informed.

BUGS
November 13, 2007 - Tuesday
We are investgating the following issues: We have an issue of zip code entry for Canadian orders. We have another issue that when you are at the checkout mode, it just returns to the shopping cart. We have another issue with password distribution and not being able to log in. The shopping cart disappearing seems to be fixed, but still jot down your part numbers or use our bookmarking feature in the meantime just to be sure. Our email confirmations need to be tweaked.
