Discretely to to residential, business, postal centers, post office boxes, and military. We ship to the United States and various International destinations. We offer free domestic shipping to the United States on orders $100 or more. Orders domestically take about 3 days to process and 1-4 days to ship via First Class-Priority Mail. We ship Monday-Friday.

First Class-Global Priority Mail for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, England/Great Britain/United Kingdom, Finland, France, Germany (waiver needed), Holland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan (waiver needed), Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.

What is the pricing for international shipping?
The price = $12 for the first item, $6 per for each additional item. For Argentina,  Italy, Mexico. $18 for the first item, $9 per item thereafter, & shipped Parcel Post.

Extra precaution is taken for international shipments, all original packings are removed and shipped in small packages to expediate through customs. JadedVideo ins not responsible for packages confiscated via Customs.

What is your refund policy?
You may cancel an entire order or any portion of an order anytime before it ships.  We have a 30 days exchange policy for defective, mis-shipped and lost product.

What Credit Cards do you accept and will show on my statement?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express via our secured SSL shopping cart system. JadedVideo will not show on your statement, just JKG.

Do you except Money Orders?
We gladly except money orders. Our shopping cart allows the money order option. When at checkout, choose the money order option in the Billing Section of the form. If your are logged into your account and are defaulted with a credit card, you press the "change" button and a money order option will appear. Please make a print out of the order when completed.

What is your privacy policy regarding discrete shipping and mailing lists?
We respect your privacy. We ship all product in a discreet manner via plain packaging and non-descript origins. (no JadedVideo on outside label just JKG/JK Group.) Inside the box along with your product will be packing slip which will describe the product in the box, product that has historically shipped in accordance to the same order number, and backordered product to the same order number. We do not sell our Mailing Lists & Email Lists.. We do not soliciate current customers via snail mail. We respect all requests for email newsletter removals, and maintain a strict list regarding such. JadedVideo will not show up on your credit card, just JKG.

Do you have any search engine tips?
Just type anything into the search blank located on the upper left of all pages on the site, example: artist name, studio, genre, even a part number.

Also remember “less is more” when it comes to search engines.  Let’s say you are searching for Rocco’s True Anal Stories Part 1.  For that type in:  True Anal.  That result gives you 22 results (at time of this publication) and you can easily locate your product.  In this example we avoided words with punctuation (Rocco’s) and we avoid anything naming a number of a series (Part 1).  If you typed in: Rocco’s True Anal Stories Part 1, you would of not received your favored result.  So remember, “Less is more.”

With the new search engine, you create parameters after the first search, instead of before.  After the first search, just use the filters on top of the page to narrow your search if need be.  So for example, you want all movies that Tiana Lynn has been in with Elegant Angel.  First in the upper left corner search engine blank, type in: Tiana Lynn.  At the time of this publication you will receive 90 results.  Then in the filtering section towards the top of the search results, find Studio, find Elegant Angel on the drop down (it will even show you how many Elegant Angel Results are available: (Elegant Angel (33)), which would be 33 at time of publication.  Click on Elegant Angel, and start reviewing your results.  It’s that easy.  Continue filtering through the parameters if need be.

Results come in reverse release date, order, feel free to go towards the top of the search results page and sort by title, studio and price.  By default, all results will be shown by 10 products per page.  Feel free to click on “Show 100 per page” if you so desire.

Thumbnails for results have been slightly reduced, so feel free to mouse-over any image to get a super sized thumbnail.  Click on the image to have access to any extra details including large and front cover.

What is your Max Euro Shipping Policy?
We will not ship Max Euro to following states: Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Oklahoma, Virginia, Illinois, Ohio, Mississippi, Utah, Montana, North Carolina.  We will not be using the Post Office for any Max Euro shipment, and will use an alternative source.  That being the case, we can no longer ship to Post Office boxes for Max Euro.

For Max Euro, in addition to standard shipping costs placed on-line ($5 to $10 one time charge per order for orders under $100), we will also charge a $5 handling fee + the cost of premium shipping PER shipment. Usually, Max Euro orders are consolidated, but in the event a Max Euro order is shipped on two separate dates for the same order, there will be two additional charges that would comprise of a $5 handling charge + premium shipping charge each.

For a limited time, for Max Euros orders, we will waive the $5 handling charge per shipment. Therefore, you still have to pay the one time standard shipping charge that you paid for on-line + the extra premium charge per shipment.
