What is the pricing for international shipping?
The price = $12 for the first item, $6 per for each additional item.
Air Parcel Post:
Argentina, Italy, Mexico. $18 for the first item, $9 per item thereafter.
Extra precaution is taken for international shipments, all original packings are removed and shipped in small packages to expediate through customs. JadedVideo ins not responsible for packages confiscated via Customs.
What is your refund policy?
You may cancel an entire order or any portion of an order anytime before it ships. We have a 30 days exchange policy for defective, mis-shipped and lost product.
What Credit Cards do you accept and will show on my statementt?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express via our secured SSL shopping cart system. JadedVideo will not show on your statement, just JKG.
Do you except Money Orders?
We gladly except money orders. Our shopping cart allows the money order option. When at checkout, choose the money order option in the Billing Section of the form. If your are logged into your account and are defaulted with a credit card, you press the "change" button and a money order option will appear. Please make a print out of the order when completed. Please write your order number on the money order and make it to:

What is your privacy policy regarding discrete shipping and mailing lists?
We respect your privacy. We ship all product in a discreet manner via plain packaging and non-descript origins. (no JadedVideo on outside label just JKG/JK Group.) Inside the box along with your product will be packing slip which will describe the product in the box, product that has historically shipped in accordance to the same order number, and backordered product to the same order number. We do not sell our Mailing Lists & Email Lists.. We do not soliciate current customers via snail mail. We respect all requests for email newsletter removals, and maintain a strict list regarding such. JadedVideo will not show up on your credit card, just JKG.
